The Kidde Firex Carbon Monoxide, Propane, Natural and Explosive Gas Detector, Hardwired with Battery Backup, will safeguard your family. An ordinary wall socket is used to power the electrochemical Kidde Firex Carbon Monoxide, Propane, Natural and Explosive Gas Detector, which is simple to install. During power outages, a 9-volt alkaline battery serves as a backup. The Kidde Firex Carbon Monoxide, Propane, Natural and Explosive Gas Detector uses electrochemical sensor technology to detect dangerous, undetectable, combustible gases. Three LED lights on the Kidde Firex Carbon Monoxide, Propane, Natural and Explosive Gas Detector show if the device is powered on, whether combustion, fire, or smoke has occurred, or whether the alarm has been triggered. A red dot will blink in the lower right corner of the display.
